Talking about daily inspection of low pressure liquid tank

As a kind of special cryogenic liquid such as liquid nitrogen, the cryogenic liquid tank is very important for daily inspection and maintenance, otherwise it will easily cause various problems and malfunctions. So, what daily inspection and maintenance work should we do when using and storing cryogenic liquid tanks?
1. Whether the valve or pipeline leaks, whether the shell is frosted or sweating.
2. All valves are in normal open and close state.
3. Whether the meter (level gauge, pressure gauge) of the cryogenic liquid storage tank works normally, and whether the DCS display parameters are consistent with the on-site one-time table.
4. Whether the pressure of the storage tank is normal. When the pressure is close to or equal to the highest pressure, the vent valve should be opened to relieve pressure.
5. Whether the liquid filling rate exceeds 95%.
6. The low temperature liquid storage tank is normal for the normal pressure powder insulation storage tank. (50mmH2O) 7. It is strictly forbidden to place flammable, explosive materials and all kinds of debris near the liquid oxygen storage tank.
