Exemption gas storage tanks, also known as simple pressure vessels, refer to pressure vessels with simple structure and low risk. There is no need to register for the use of a simple pressure vessel, and no periodic inspection is required for the recommended service life. When the normal use reaches the recommended service life, the simple pressure vessel should be scrapped. If it is necessary to continue to use, the user or individual should report to the special equipment inspection agency for regular inspection according to the “Regulations for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Vessels”.
Sea and air pressure vessels are recommended for 10 years of long life!


TSGR0003-2007 "Simple Pressure Vessel Safety Technology Monitoring Procedures"

(1) The container consists of a flat head and a convex head, does not include a spherical head, or consists of two convex heads;
(2) The main pressure components of the cylinder, head, and take-over are made of carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel;
(3) The design pressure is less than or equal to 1.6MPa;
(4) Volume is less than or equal to 1000L;

(5) The product of working pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5 MPa·L and less than or equal to 1000 MPa·L;

(6) The medium is vaporized by evaporation of 1 air, 2 nitrogen and 3 medical distilled water;
